I have been a nurse in a long term care facility for 35 years. For over 20 of those years I have thought how handy a color chart would be to do more accurate charting on the things nurses see and need to chart color on. I have spent the last 3 years trying to put together such a chart, one that would be practical and user friendly. And here it is, MedicColor.
